Based on a given Floor Plan, the 3D plan is prepared and the soft copy of the file is given to customer so that he/she can view the 3D model of their Dream Home in their own PC/Laptop by installing FREE Google Sketchup.

 

There are many features available in Google Sketchup.  Customer can view their home by rotating it so that different angles of their home can be felt.  They can even virtually place this model in Google Earth in their own land (if it is an individual home) and see how shadow falls at various time.

First, we give our customers a soft copy where as most Architects give only a printed copy.  Second we draw only the basic things needed for a 'Prospect Owner' to visualize their Dream Home in 3D.  We do it more from a functional aspect while Architects do it more from an aesthetic aspect for the customer.
