Estimating the total cost of the property by considering each and every aspect of the features is called 'Estimation Plan'.

As of now we do only 'Ballpark estimation'.  In future, our aim is to provide 'Near Accurate Estimation'.

Because of various factors like non-availability of data of various products, services, etc this is not possible now.  But once we get inputs from many vendors, we will be able to provide this estimation also.

It may help you to roughly find out cost difference between different options.  Also it may help to plan for your loan amount, etc.
