1) This is the basic plan with wihch a builder starts building a house/apartment.

2) Most of our customers bring this as an "Input" to our other plans given below.

3) Some customers, who have their own land, come to us to prepare this plan also.

4) Though we ask them to get it from the builder, sometimes we do this plan also.

5) Cost to prepare this is Re.1/- per sq.ft. (for two alternate plans for given inputs)

6) 'Approval Plan' is NOT in scope and customer has to get that only from their builder.

7) Cost is calculated based on Floor Plan size in square feet. 

For example, if the Floor Plan size is 1,000 sq ft, cost of this plan is Rs.1,000/-

1) This is a NEW CONCEPT in Indian Real Estate Industry.

2) Based on a given floor plan and inputs from customer, this plan is prepared.

3) This plan will contain details about each and every side of the given room.

4) This plan will help Mason, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Tile Layer, Carpenter, etc.

5) By doing this plan, customer will benefit in terms of usability of the home.

6) Input to prepare this plan is "3D Plan".

7) Cost to prepare this plan is Rs.2/-per sq.ft. based on 'Wall Plan Size'. 

For example, if there are three rooms of size 10 ft x 10 ft, fourth room is of size 10 ft x 20 ft, then cost of Wall Plan is calculated (assuming height is 10 ft for each room) as:

= { (3 rooms x 10 ft width x 10 ft height x 4 sides) + (1 room x [10 ft width x 10 ft height x 2 sides + 20 ft width x 10 ft x 2 sides])} x Rs. 2 per sq ft

= {(3 x 400) +(1 x [200 + 400]) } x2

= {1800} x 2

= Rs. 3,600/-
