In using the HomePlanGuru.com (HPG)
service, you (The User or User or user or the user) are
deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. HPG reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and
conditions at any time. The User is therefore advised to read carefully
these terms and conditions each time he or she uses the service(s) of HPG.
The "Simple Advice on ValuE for your Dream Home Offer" or "SAVE for your Dream Home Offer" or "SAVE for your Dream Home" will be called as "Offer" or "Offers" or "Scheme" or "Schemes". The agreement between you and the HomePlanGuru.com shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: |

1. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18
(eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. The User certifies that he/she is in good mental health. |
|
3. The User takes the complete responsibility in the decision he/she is making based on the inputs provided by HPG through this Offer and HPG will not be responsible for any decision taken by the User.

4. These terms and conditions supersede
all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail
notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By
using the HomePlanGuru services you agree to be bound by the Terms andConditions. |

5.All prices and availability of services or schemes or Offer are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of HPG. |

6.HPG reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any registration and/or order placed for a Service or Offer that is listed in the website. This
shall be regardless of whether the registration and/or order has been confirmed and/or payment been
levied via credit card. |

7. In a credit card transaction, you (the User) must use your own credit card. HPG will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card
fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be
exclusively on the user. |

8. Any request for cancellations of
registrations/orders/payments once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.

9. The User agrees to provide authentic
and true information. HPG reserves the right to confirm and validate the
information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon
confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), HPG has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the
User from using the Services/Offers of HomePlanGuru.com and / or other
affiliated websites without prior intimation
whatsoever. |

10. The User expressly agrees that the
use of service(s) of HomePlanGuru.com is at the User's sole risk. The
Service(s) of HomePlanGuru.com is provided on an "as is" basis without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. HPG its affiliates,
employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any
kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the
results that may be obtained from use of the Service, or as to the accuracy,
reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided
through this Service. HPG does not represent or warrant to maintain the
confidentiality of information; although HPG current practice is to utilise
reasonable efforts to maintain such confidentiality. |

11. The"'SAVE' for your Dream Home Offer" or "Simple Advice on ValuE for your Dream Home Offer" or "SAVE for your Dream Home" (called as Scheme or scheme or Offer or Offers) consists of providing simple advice based on the knowledge available with HPG and people associated with it. HPG doesn't provide any gurantee on the correctness of the information provided and it is the responsibility of the User to validate by themselves the correctness of the information or advice or any other content provided by HPG through this scheme or Offer. |

12. HPG doesn't charge any service fees for this "SAVE for your Dream Home Offer". The User has to pay around Rs.150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) for registration purpose which is a non-refundable amount. This charge is collected just to find the number of people who are genuinely interested in understanding the concepts or ideas developed by HPG and not for any service. |

13. Paying this registration fees of around Rs. 150/- does not warrant that the User is eligible to get any service from HPG or it's associated people. Even though HPG intends to provide some tangible output through this "Simple Advice on ValuE for your Dream Home Offer", Users register for this scheme at their own risk without any committed deliverable from HPG. |

14. User will be requested by HPG to provide information about the property they wish to evaluate and it is the responsibility of the User to protect any confidential data belonging to the User or the Builder or any third party. HPG will not take any responsibility for gathering or using confidential data from the User or associated persons or firms or organizations. |

15. The registration charge for this "Simple Advice on ValuE for your Dream Home" is collected in US Dollars by Paypal and hence their credit card will be charged accordingly. If there is a difference in exchange rate between US Dollars and Indian Rupees, the amount collected in Indian Rupees from the User through the credit card payment may differ and HPG doesn't take any responsibility for the change in the amount collected by Paypal. This is the main reason for mentioning it as "Around Rs.150/-" for the registration charges. |

16. HPG is not responsible for non-receipt of payment from Paypal. It is the responsibility of User to intimate about the payment of USD 3(which is around Rs.150/-) for registration charges for the scheme to proceed further. |

17. HPG will not be responsbile for any transaction happening outside HomePlanGuru.com by the User and it is the responsibility of the User to be careful about the transactions. Also the registration charges is collected through Paypal and it is User's
responsibility to protect their private data. HPG will not be
responsbile for the User's private data. |

18. HPG reserves the right to cancel/modify this scheme "Simple Advice on ValuE for your Dream Home" at any time without prior notice to the User. It is the responsibility of the User to get the updated information about this scheme from HPG. |

19. HPG will not be responsible for any loss of any kind (like money, health, property, time, assets, etc) to the User or anyone associated with the User arising out of this scheme or Offer or Service and the User takes the complete responsibility for any such loss while registering for this "SAVE for your Dream Home Offer". |

20. This agreement shall be construed in
accordance with the applicable laws of
India . The Courts at Chennai, India shall have exclusive
jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. |
